1. Who can use and access M360 Dashboard?

All M360 clients are allowed to access the Dashboard.

2. How can I get an access to M360?

Clients who are interested with M360 can register an account to https://m360.com.ph/sign-up/.
Should you have any inquiries, you can email us at support@m360.com.ph.

3. How can I access M360 Dashboard?

Clients can access the Dashboard using their M360 account credentials.

1. How can I register an account?

You can register by signing up on our https://m360.com.ph/create-account/.

2. Do I need to activate my account after registration?

You need to confirm your email address by activating your account but if you register from Facebook or Google then no need to activate coz your email address has already been verified. Note: If you did not see an email from your inbox, please check on your spam folder and tag the email as not spam so that succeeding emails will go directly to your inbox.

3. How can I invite people to Xavier?

You can invite people by going to New Invite page but you need to login first so you can earn points.

4. How can I change my settings?

You can change your settings and password on Settings page but you need to login before you can change your settings, avatar, and passwords.

5. How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password on Forgot Password page and enter your email address twice. You will get an email with a link to reset your password, and from that page you can change your password. Note: If you did not see an email from your inbox, please check on your spam and tag the email as not spam so that succeeding emails will go directly to your inbox.

1. How can I create groups?

You can create groups on New Group page but you need to login first before doing so.

2. What is public and private groups?

Public groups are groups that does not require an invite from the creator of the group while Private groups are groups that requires an invite before you can join. All groups are viewable by anyone and the only restrictions are joining of groups.

3. What are the posts we show on the groups?

We show all the posts submitted by the members of the group whether from their catalog or from the home page and they don't need to post it to the group page itself. The member can also post directly to the group and can be seen by people viewing the group.
