Important Info
You can top-up additional SMS credits via over-the-counter or online deposit into our bank account. Instructions as follows:
1. Deposit the amount you want to top up to the following BPI bank account:

2. For over-the-counter payments, write your full name onto the deposit slip. Scan or take a photograph of the deposit slip.
For online banking, take a screenshot of the success message provided upon transfer.
3. Send an email to topup@m360.com.ph with the following details and attach the proof of payment from step 2:
Email subject: TOP UP - YYYY-MM-DD - [developer email]
(ex. TOP UP - 2022-01-01 - test@test.com)
Email body containing the following:
Developer email of your m360 account
Amount deposited
Reference number from your transaction
Your company's name
Your company's address
Your company's TIN
Your company's m360 point of contact
and their email address
Your top-up will reflect on your account 2-3 business days upon receipt of your email (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays.) Emails
received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once top-up is successful.
All top-up requests are final. Refunds will not be processed.
